Abstract: This research proposal is presenting a methodology for the development of novel technology that could be utilized for the purpose of resource discovery and improved collaboration opportunities for the participants in Ph.D. programs. By taking a case of an interdisciplinary Ph.D. program, proposed steps include Participatory Design method for the proposed community in the tool design endeavor, text mining, and network analysis based on intellectual outputs, research profiles, and other relevant data.
