The “strolling” conference dinner will take place at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on the evening of Wednesday, October 10, 2018 and will include a chance to stroll through the aquarium’s spectacular exhibits as you enjoy drinks and food stations highlighting the best of Monterey County. A dinner ticket is included in all conference registration fees, and guest tickets are available for purchase during the registration process.
Located in Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium is one of Monterey’s main attractions, and was voted the Best Aquarium in the World by TripAdvisor in 2014. After the “strolling” dinner in the Ocean’s Edge Wing of the aquarium, we will move to the Open Sea Wing of the aquarium for additional exhibits and dessert while you enjoy music by DJ Willi Entertainment and dancing.

There will be shuttles taking ISWC attendees from Asilomar to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and back to Asilomar.
Leaving Asilomar: Shuttles to the Monterey Bay Aquarium depart from outside the Asilomar Social Hall @ 6:15pm and 6:45pm
Leaving Aquarium: Shuttles back to Asilomar depart on the half hour beginning @ 10pm, 10:30pm, 11pm, and 11:30pm
Each ISWC Main Conference registration includes one dinner ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased during registration, or by emailing meetingplanning@stanford.edu.
